Why sourcing matters

We provide businesses with counselling in recruitment strategies, profile definition and sourcing policy. For some international positions, sourcing is performed in collaboration with our network of international partners.

A very strict selection process

Our consultant meet each pre-selected candidate individually at ProCadres International's main office. The selected candidates are introduced to the client and we then perform all tests and assessments required by our client and we check all references.

Final stage and follow-up

We provide the necessary counselling for the final selection and take part in the negociations. We then follow up the newly hired staff throughout the initial probationary period.
 

Traceability via Internet

We offer our customers a completely secured online platform that allow to remotely check on recruitment progress, view profiles and check canditate relationship history. This system offers full traceability.
