Each profile is coded very comprehensively to later allow a complete and precise analysis of profiles who meet the requirements for a given job.
The candidates are regularly contacted so that their profiles can be updated as to specify their availability, their geographical mobility and their salary expectations.
After a candidate was pre-selected, they are regularly and objectively kept informed about the ongoing process. They also receive the necessary counselling to increase their chances of selection, and if not selected, advice on how to do better next time.
ProCadres International follow up their candidates throughout their temporary assignments or during their integration period when on a rolling contract.
