Articles L1252-1 and L+ of the French labour code

Derived from the law voted on august the 2nd 2005, they allow companies speciliazed in "shared time work" to provide qualified staff to customer companies who can't recruit because of business constraints.

Back then, we started offering a portage solution by creating a shared time work department within our interim department, as explicitely allowed by the labour law.

For each operation, we establish a service contract with the customer company and a rolling contract with the independent contractor.

We get 10% of the total billed amount.

 It can be a full-time or a temporary assignment. There is no constraint of motive, term or renewal: when an assignment comes to an end, the contract may be renewed (with a new clause) for another assignment or may be terminated.

This legal context guarantees a high level of tranparency and reliability for both the company and the independent employee.
